PRIME ASI S.A. was admitted as a member of the Chamber under Presidium Resolution No. 46/XXXI/2026 dated 28 August 2026. The membership was confirmed by the Chamber's letter dated 15 September 2026.

Held exclusively by JJB, not PRIME ASI or other group companies.
Autonomous maritime systems
A company established to develop unmanned and autonomous maritime vessels and related control, navigation, communications and mission systems.
Defence manufacturing
A project preparing production capabilities in Poland for 155 mm artillery ammunition. The proposed extension covers propellant charges.

Investment model
Prime ASI combines capital with active business support. We begin with project assessment and a conditional minority investment, then help the company reach successive milestones.
An option to increase ownership up to 51% may apply to selected projects only after agreed conditions are met. It is not an automatic transfer of control.
