A Polish maritime technology platform

Thalon Technologies' planned scope of activity includes the development of unmanned and autonomous maritime vessels, as well as control, navigation, communication and mission-equipment systems.

Potential applications include civil, industrial, dual-use and defence segments and international markets. The company is at an early stage of development, so these areas describe planned activities rather than a completed product or production already under way.

Investment and industrial capabilities

PRIME ASI contributes experience in financing and developing technology companies through an active-ownership model. Valeza Group supports business and international relationship development, while International Marine Services provides maritime-sector context.

Any use of JPP Marine production facilities will require separate agreements. Cooperation with a foreign technology partner has not yet been formalised, and its identity is therefore not being disclosed.

Phased project development

The project is expected to progress in phases, from company organisation and securing technology rights through development work and testing to potential industrial deployment. Each phase requires separate decisions, resources and formal grounds.

Implementation depends, among other matters, on technology and industrial agreements, financing, access to technology rights and the required approvals, permits and certifications.
