PRIME ASI S.A. was admitted as a member of the Polish Chamber of National Defence Manufacturers under a Presidium resolution dated 28 August 2026.
PRIME ASI S.A. has been admitted as a member of the Polish Chamber of National Defence Manufacturers. The membership is another step in implementing the company's strategy to build a platform bringing together private defence-industry and dual-use projects across Central and Eastern Europe.

Membership confirmed by resolution
PRIME ASI S.A. was admitted as a member of the Polish Chamber of National Defence Manufacturers under Presidium Resolution No. 46/XXXI/2026 dated 28 August 2026. The membership was confirmed in the Chamber's letter dated 15 September 2026.
An industry organisation
Under its statute, PCNDM is a voluntary, self-governing organisation of Polish businesses operating in support of national defence and security. It represents the economic interests of its members across manufacturing, design, research, trade and services.
Membership establishes a formal link between PRIME ASI and a domestic industry organisation. It does not change the company's legal status or, by itself, confirm any specific authorisation, order or contract.
PRIME ASI Defence Platform
The membership is consistent with the stated direction of the PRIME ASI Defence Platform, which connects investment capital with the technology, production and market capabilities of companies active in defence and dual-use fields.
The platform is being developed in stages. Each investment, industrial relationship and cooperation arrangement requires its own basis, assessment and appropriate corporate decisions.
