President of the Management Board
Founder and President of the Management Board of Prime ASI S.A. He holds an MSc Eng in Applied Computer Science from the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów (WSIiZ) and specialises in emerging technologies and artificial intelligence. Twice named Student of the Year, recipient of the Student Nobel award in technical sciences, and a finalist and award winner in 17 technology competitions in Poland and abroad. He has contributed to more than 150 IT projects and 50 game projects and spent many years delivering projects for UK startups. He has served as chief executive and investor across multiple technology companies, including publicly listed businesses. His experience includes dozens of investments and capital exits. He currently leads PRIME ASI's investment platform development across defence, dual-use and AI, together with international partner relations.
A reserve colonel and lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University and postgraduate studies at the General Staff Academy. He held senior roles in institutions of the Ministry of National Defence and advised the Head of the National Security Bureau on economic and defence matters. Since 2001, he has served as President of the Polish Chamber of National Defence Manufacturers.
An advocate and graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. She specialises in commercial and civil law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate transformations, out-of-court restructuring and commercial contracts. Her experience includes corporate advice to listed companies and projects involving public securities trading. From 2007 to 2011, she worked with Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy S.A.
A manager and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in sales management, business development, strategy and team leadership. A graduate of the SIG University of Management in Warsaw in sales and marketing, with further education in the protection of classified and legally protected information. From 2007 to 2023, he was responsible for corporate business development in the insurance sector, increasing its scale more than thirteenfold while maintaining uninterrupted double-digit growth. He currently serves as President of the Management Board of Pro Force Group sp. z o.o. and chairs the Audit Committee of the Security Experts of the Republic of Poland Association. On PRIME ASI's Supervisory Board, he contributes management, strategic and commercial expertise to investment assessment, portfolio-company development and long-term value creation.
A manager and investor associated with financial institutions throughout his career. He graduated from the Faculty of Organisation and Management at the University of Warsaw with a focus on banking and tax law. He co-created Pekao Leasing and later developed leasing operations and financial products at organisations including Polski Fundusz Inwestycyjny, BGŻ Leasing and Prudential/Pramerica Financial. He was co-founder and President of the Management Board of Zen Capital S.A., which specialised in seed, pre-IPO and IPO projects. Since 2008, he has served on supervisory boards of public and private companies.
A mechanical engineer and graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Technology at Warsaw University of Technology. His experience combines production technologies, tooling design, technical implementation and company management. He worked at the university's Institute of Mechanical Technology, Ursus Mechanical Works, and as a chief specialist and executive in technology implementation companies. From 1990 to 2023, he served as President of the Management Board of TIRSPED sp. z o.o.; he also served as a management board member of Iron Group Prosta S.A.
